(Re)Learning to Type

The great thing about writing is that, once it's done, no-one knows how long it took to create.

You can't tell from the text that I'm going at about 6wpm, and making liberal use of the backspace key. You don't see my frustration at the slow pace, or the little moments of joy when I successfully type a whole word without mistakes. 

All you see is the finished post, where I'm recording my progress with learning the CharaChorder One (CC1). Which is why I'm painstakingly tapping this out on my CC1 instead of the QWERTY keyboard that is attached to my laptop. It's so tempting to reach for the familiar layout, especially when searching for an uncommon key (I'm looking at you, @). But I'm confident that I can master this new system, if I don't give up. I learned QWERTY, after all.
